At LANX, we strive for perfection in every pair of shoes, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 28-day return policy for items in original, unworn condition. Our goal is to ensure you find the perfect fit and style for your journey.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unworn footwear in its original branded box and secure it within a protective outer shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your pre-paid return label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package over any old labels.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
